How it works
A promoter builds an interfacial transition layer between a low-energy surface and the organic binder, using chemical anchoring where possible, so the bond survives humidity, recoating and thermal cycling.

- Poor adhesion to polyolefins and low-energy plastics
- Wet adhesion failure and blistering in humidity
- Intercoat adhesion loss in multi-layer systems
- Flash rust on freshly blasted steel in waterborne systems
